Storage can be a short-term or long-term solution, where essential documents which are seldom required can be stored rather than taking up valuable office space. The archive management Service includes:

Storing of paper up to AO

Storing of CDs and Microfilms

Retrieval of documents via fax-back or delivery to your office (if documents are scanned, en e mail retrieval facility is available)

Effective cataloguing and indexing to ensure a speedy response time

If required Bankers Boxes can be supplied to store documents and folders

When a document reaches the end of its life there is a shredding  service available
